Create a complete miniature entryway with the Seabrook Mudroom Kit, a curated 1:12 scale furniture and craft kit designed to help you recreate the look of a beautifully styled, full-size custom mudroom in miniature.

Each kit begins with a finished Seabrook mudroom unit and six fitted woven-look baskets. Use the easy to follow instructions included to make your own upholstered bench cushion, coastal themed books, create a tiny potted plant, install the wooden peg hooks, and finish the scene with a pair of miniature rain boots.

Illustrated step-by-step instructions are included to guide you through the small DIY elements, making this a fun miniature project while still giving you a substantial finished furniture piece to work with.

Choose from two Seabrook mudroom styles:

MUDROOM BENCH KIT

The streamlined Seabrook mudroom features a panelled back, bench, upper and lower cubby storage, decorative shelf supports and wooden peg hooks.

This version does not include the tall side closet compartment.

MUDROOM + CLOSET KIT

The larger Seabrook mudroom includes all of the bench and cubby storage plus a full-height side compartment with a wooden hanging rail for miniature clothing, coats and hangers.

Both versions are designed for 1:12 scale dollhouses and miniature rooms.

A LITTLE DIY, A LOT OF DETAIL!

Your mudroom furniture and baskets arrive already made. You are not building the mudroom itself from scratch.

Instead, the kit lets you add some of the finishing details yourself.

The included illustrated instructions will show you how to:

• Make and upholster the miniature bench cushion
• Wrap the printed covers around the miniature book inserts
• Turn the pot and moss into a tiny houseplant
• Install the wooden pegs
• Add the closet rail on the Mudroom + Closet version
• Bring everything together to create your finished Seabrook mudroom

Any additional clothing, artwork, rugs, bags, decorative objects or room accessories that may appear in styled photographs are not included unless specifically stated above.

The furniture, baskets, boots, planter and book inserts are created using 3D printing. As with all 3D-printed miniatures, subtle layer lines or small variations may be visible and are a normal part of the making process.

Some crafting and installation of small components is required. Adhesive is not included.

Due to the small scale and delicate nature of the pieces, this kit is intended for adult collectors and miniature enthusiasts rather than children's play.
